1. General Terms (Applicable to All Solutions)

• TechBox একটি Technology & IT Solutions Provider, যেখানে পণ্য বিক্রির পাশাপাশি পরামর্শ, কনফিগারেশন এবং পরবর্তী সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
• সকল গ্রাহক TechBox থেকে পণ্য বা সেবা গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে এই Terms and Conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।
• TechBox প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

2. Consult Stage Terms

• TechBox কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল পরামর্শ গ্রাহকের চাহিদা, বাজেট, স্থান এবং ব্যবহারের উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রদান করা হয়।
• কনসাল্টেশনের সময় প্রদত্ত প্রস্তাবনা টেকনিক্যাল সীমাবদ্ধতা, পরিবেশগত অবস্থা এবং ভবিষ্যৎ ব্যবহারের ভিন্নতার কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• কনসাল্টেশন পর্যায়ে প্রদত্ত তথ্য অনুমানভিত্তিক হতে পারে এবং তা চূড়ান্ত কনফিগারেশনের পর নিশ্চিত হয়।

3. Configure Stage Terms (Installation & Setup)

• TechBox এর প্রকৌশলী ও টেকনিক্যাল টিম অনুমোদিত স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুসরণ করে কনফিগারেশন ও ইনস্টলেশন সম্পন্ন করে।
• গ্রাহক কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত স্থানে বিদ্যুৎ, নেটওয়ার্ক, কাঠামোগত সুবিধা না থাকলে সেটআপ বিলম্বিত বা সীমিত হতে পারে।
• কোনো কাস্টম কনফিগারেশন বা স্পেশাল সেটআপ গ্রাহকের সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে সম্পন্ন হবে এবং তা নন রিফান্ডেবল হতে পারে।

4. Care Stage Terms (Support, Warranty & Maintenance)

• সকল পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড বা প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কার্যকর হবে।
• TechBox ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর করার একটি সহায়ক মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাজ করবে।
• সফটওয়্যার সাপোর্ট, রিমোট সাপোর্ট বা অন সাইট ভিজিট আলাদা সার্ভিস হিসেবে গণ্য হতে পারে।

5. Security Solutions (CCTV, Alarm, Access Systems)

• CCTV ও সিকিউরিটি সিস্টেমের পারফরম্যান্স আলো, পরিবেশ এবং নেটওয়ার্কের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• রেকর্ডিং ডাটা সংরক্ষণ, ব্যাকআপ এবং প্রাইভেসির দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
• ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ, বজ্রপাত বা পাওয়ার সার্জের কারণে ক্ষতি হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।

6. Networking Solutions

• নেটওয়ার্ক স্পিড এবং কভারেজ ডিভাইস, ক্যাবলিং এবং আইএসপি নির্ভর।
• থার্ড পার্টি আইএসপি বা বিদ্যমান নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যার জন্য TechBox দায়ী থাকবে না।
• নেটওয়ার্ক আপগ্রেড বা রি কনফিগারেশন অতিরিক্ত চার্জ সাপেক্ষে হতে পারে।

7. Server Solutions

• সার্ভার কনফিগারেশন গ্রাহকের ওয়ার্কলোড ও ব্যবহারের উপর নির্ভর করে নির্ধারিত হয়।
• ডাটা লস প্রতিরোধের জন্য ব্যাকআপ নেওয়ার চূড়ান্ত দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
• ক্লাউড বা অন প্রিমাইস সার্ভিসে থার্ড পার্টি প্ল্যাটফর্মের শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে।

8. Home Automation Solutions

• স্মার্ট ডিভাইসের কার্যকারিতা বিদ্যুৎ ও নেটওয়ার্ক সংযোগের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• থার্ড পার্টি অ্যাপ বা সফটওয়্যার আপডেটের কারণে ফাংশনাল পরিবর্তনের দায় TechBox বহন করবে না।

9. Display & Audio Solutions

• ডিসপ্লে এবং অডিও পারফরম্যান্স ইনস্টলেশন পরিবেশের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• পিক্সেল পলিসি, স্পিকার পারফরম্যান্স এবং প্যানেল লাইফ সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।

10. Office Equipment & Gadgets

• প্রিন্টার, কার্ট্রিজ, টোনার এবং অন্যান্য কনজ্যুমেবল পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি সীমিত বা প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।
• নির্ধারিত কনজ্যুমেবল ব্যতীত অন্য পণ্য ব্যবহারে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হতে পারে।

11. PC Setup & Custom Build

• কাস্টম পিসি বিল্ড গ্রাহকের অনুমোদিত কনফিগারেশনের উপর ভিত্তি করে করা হয়।
• একবার অ্যাসেম্বল ও ডেলিভারির পর কনফিগারেশন পরিবর্তন সীমিত হতে পারে।

12. Payment, Order & Cancellation

• ভুল মূল্য বা কারিগরি সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে TechBox অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
• কাস্টম সলিউশন বা ইনস্টলেশন কাজ শুরু হলে তা বাতিল বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, solutions, installations, configurations, and after sales services provided by TechBox.

• TechBox is a full service Technology and IT Solutions Provider, delivering complete solutions rather than standalone products.
• By purchasing any product or service from TechBox, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• TechBox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in line with business or technical requirements.

2. Consult Stage Terms

• All consultations are provided based on the customer’s stated requirements, budget, usage objectives, and environment.
• Recommendations provided during consultation are advisory in nature and may change due to technical constraints or site conditions.
• Information shared during consultation may be preliminary and is confirmed only after final system configuration.

3. Configure Stage Terms

(Installation and Setup)

• Installation and configuration are carried out by TechBox’s trained technical team following approved standards and brand guidelines.
• Delays may occur if the customer’s site lacks required power, network connectivity, or structural readiness.
• Custom configurations or specialized setups are executed upon customer approval and are generally non refundable.

4. Care Stage Terms

(Support, Warranty, and Maintenance)

• Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer or brand policies.
• TechBox acts as a facilitator to assist customers in processing warranty claims.
• On site visits, remote support, and software related assistance may be considered separate services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Security Solutions

(CCTV, Alarm, Access Control Systems)

• System performance depends on lighting conditions, environment, power stability, and network quality.
• Responsibility for data storage, retention, and backup remains with the customer.
• Warranty may not apply in cases of physical damage, power surge, lightning, or environmental factors.

6. Networking Solutions

• Network speed and coverage depend on devices, cabling, infrastructure, and internet service provider performance.
• TechBox is not responsible for issues arising from third party ISPs or pre existing network limitations.
• Network upgrades or reconfiguration may require additional charges.

7. Server Solutions

• Server configurations are designed based on customer workload and operational requirements.
• Customers are solely responsible for maintaining regular data backups.
• Cloud and on premise services remain subject to third party platform terms and policies.

8. Home Automation Solutions

• Smart system functionality depends on consistent power supply and network availability.
• TechBox is not liable for functional changes resulting from third party software or application updates.

9. Display and Audio Solutions

• Performance of display and audio systems depends on installation environment and usage conditions.
• Pixel policies, panel lifespan, and audio performance standards are governed by the respective brand manufacturers.

10. Office Equipment and Gadgets

• Consumable items such as cartridges, toners, and batteries may carry limited or no warranty.
• Use of non approved consumables may void the product warranty.

11. PC Setup and Custom Builds

• Custom PC builds are assembled strictly according to customer approved configurations.
• Configuration changes after delivery may be limited or subject to additional cost.

12. Payment, Order, and Cancellation Terms

• TechBox reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or incorrect product information.
• Once a custom solution or installation process has commenced, cancellation or refund may not be applicable.
