এই ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা TechBox থেকে ক্রয়কৃত সকল পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী নির্ধারণ করে।

১. ওয়ারেন্টির উৎস

• TechBox কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল ওয়ারেন্টি সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রস্তুতকারী বা ব্র্যান্ড কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত।
• TechBox ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর করার ক্ষেত্রে মধ্যস্থতাকারী (Service Facilitator) হিসেবে কাজ করে।
• ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা আন্তর্জাতিক মান, বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন এবং বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার সমিতি (BCS) এর নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে প্রদান করা হয়।

২. ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ

• পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ ও শর্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।
• নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ জানতে ব্র্যান্ডের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট অথবা TechBox এর ইনভয়েস অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

৩. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় যা অন্তর্ভুক্ত

• প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠানের ত্রুটিজনিত হার্ডওয়্যার সমস্যা
• স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে সৃষ্ট কার্যকরী ত্রুটি, যা প্রস্তুতকারক কর্তৃক স্বীকৃত

ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পণ্য মেরামত অথবা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হতে পারে, যা সম্পূর্ণভাবে প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিদ্ধান্তের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় যা অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না:

• ভুল বা অসতর্ক ব্যবহারের ফলে ক্ষতি, যেমন পানিতে ভেজা, পোড়া, ভাঙা
• পণ্যের গায়ে স্ক্র্যাচ, ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ বা সিরিয়াল নাম্বার নষ্ট হলে
• BIOS পাসওয়ার্ড, সফটওয়্যারজনিত সমস্যা বা ডাটা লস
• প্রিন্টারের কার্ট্রিজ, টোনার, ড্রাম, অ্যাডাপ্টার বা অন্যান্য ক্ষয়যোগ্য যন্ত্রাংশ
• নির্ধারিত কালি বা টোনার ব্যতীত অন্য কালি বা টোনার ব্যবহার করলে
• মনিটরের ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ৩টি ডেড পিক্সেল না হলে
• থার্ড পার্টি সফটওয়্যার বা হার্ডওয়্যার দ্বারা সৃষ্ট সমস্যা

৫. ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস সময়সীমা

• ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পণ্য মেরামতে সাধারণত ৭ থেকে ৪০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
• যন্ত্রাংশের প্রাপ্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে সময় আরও বাড়তে পারে।

৬. রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও মূল্য সমন্বয়

• ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হলে এবং নির্দিষ্ট মডেল স্টকে না থাকলে,
• সমমানের বিকল্প পণ্য প্রদান করা হতে পারে, অথবা
• মূল্য সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হতে পারে।

৭. লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত ব্যাখ্যা

• লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি বলতে বোঝায়, পণ্যটি বাজারে প্রচলিত থাকা অবস্থায় সর্বোচ্চ ২ বছর পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, যা ব্র্যান্ডের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।

৮. TechBox এর অধিকার

• ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত সকল ক্ষেত্রে প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
• TechBox যেকোনো সময় এই ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

1. Warranty Source

• All warranties provided by TechBox are issued by the respective manufacturers or brands.
• TechBox acts as a service facilitator for warranty claims.
• Warranty services are provided in compliance with international standards, local laws of Bangladesh, and BCS guidelines.

2. Warranty Period

• Warranty duration and conditions are defined by the respective brand policies.
• Customers should refer to the product invoice or the brand’s official website for warranty details.

3. Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturer recognized hardware defects
• Functional issues arising under normal usage conditions

Warranty service may include repair or replacement, subject to the manufacturer’s decision.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, water exposure, burning, or physical breakage
• Scratches, physical damage, or damaged serial number
• BIOS password issues, software related problems, or data loss
• Consumable items such as printer cartridges, toner, drums, adapters
• Use of unauthorized ink or toner
• Monitor issues with fewer than three dead pixels
• Issues caused by third party software or hardware

5. Warranty Service Timeline

• Warranty repair typically takes 7 to 40 business days, depending on parts availability.
• Service time may be extended if replacement parts are unavailable.

6. Replacement and Adjustment

• If replacement is required and the exact model is unavailable,
• An equivalent product may be provided, or
• Price adjustment may be offered at the discretion of the manufacturer.

7. Lifetime Warranty Clarification

• Lifetime warranty refers to warranty coverage for as long as the product remains commercially available, subject to a maximum of two years, as defined by the brand.

8. TechBox Rights

• Manufacturer decisions regarding warranty claims are final and binding.
• TechBox reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time.
