(24/7) • If the product is placed in a dusty and damp place. • In the absence of Generator connectivity Without proper battery charge, the warranty will be void. • Battery swelling and overcharging due to the wrong system voltage setting of the UPS. | |

The warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Internal hardware failure under normal operating conditions
Electrical faults caused by component failure
Warranty will not be applicable under the following conditions:
UPS damage due to lightning or thunder
Abnormal overload or improper electrical usage
Insect or foreign object entry inside the UPS
Operation in environments where ambient temperature is not maintained between 20°C to 26°C
Installation in dusty, damp, or humid environments
Improper generator connectivity
UPS used without proper battery charging
Battery swelling or overcharging caused by incorrect system voltage configuration
Users are advised to operate the UPS under proper environmental and electrical conditions to maintain warranty eligibility.
