The warranty will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
UPS damage caused by thunder, abnormal overload, insect entry, or similar external causes
Ambient temperature not maintained between 20°C to 26°C with proper 24/7 dehumidification
Product placed in dusty, damp, or unsuitable environments
Lack of generator connectivity or improper battery charging conditions
Battery swelling or overcharging due to incorrect UPS voltage system settings
