Warranty will not be applicable under the following conditions:

Ambient temperature is not maintained between 20°C to 26°C with proper 24/7 dehumidification
Product is used in dusty or damp environments
Lack of generator connectivity or improper battery charging condition
Battery swelling or overcharging caused by incorrect UPS system voltage settings
